  1. Lovely flag David, unusual colours make it rather special.

    1. Thank you, Donnie. :-) Yes, it is quite an unusual one. One problem with working on Blenheim French flags is that a large number are what we might call "simple" and I tend to feel that people do prefer the "special" types. But it is what it is...

      All the best,

      David.

    1. Thank you, Steve. :-) Trying to tempt people to create new units is what it is all about (well, perhaps not all ;-)).

      All the best,

      David.

      All the best,

  4. That is a wonderful flag, but even with a simple design, the subtle details of the red borders really make it stand out. Well done Sir!

    1. Thank you, Willz. :-) I have a fair stockpile of French flags for Warburg 1760 to write up but, as they are mostly of the "simple" type and the write ups are long, I have not yet got round to investing the time and effort...

      All the best,

      David.

  6. Another triumph! The combination of red, black, and orange is especially attractive. Were I to embark on a French force, this unit would be a likely addition just for the flag(s) alone.

    Kind Saturday Regards,

    Stokes

    1. Thank you, Stokes. :-) Yes, I agree they should look pretty good, even if the regiment's uniforms are a little generic (grey-white with red facings).

      All the best,

      David.
