I did these as a favour a year or so ago and have been tinkering with them lately, improving them (well, I think so! ;-)). I thought I might as well post them in case anyone wants them; I have a few more SYW British colours I could and probably will also post (1st Guards, Royal Scots, 42nd Highlanders), just to show I have not lost interest in my "core period" despite spending so much time in the late 17th and early 18th centuries of late.
Rather than reinvent the wheel by writing a long text of my own here (which eats up valuable flag creation time!), I suggest that the Kronoskaf page on the 1st Guards is the best place to go for a detailed history of the regiment in this period:
