Here is another Spanish flag captured at the battle of Ter in Catalonia in 1694 and depicted in the Triomphes Louis XIV. As usual it is of an unknown unit. The outer pattern is more redolent of Austrian flag design but the Burgundian cross proclaims its Spanish identity.

A bit plainer than some of the other Spanish flags but still a very nice one.

I do like the simplicity of this one David, as given the other more colourful designs, this one would certainly stand out for sure:).
