Poll results so far...

I know the poll still has 3 days to go but I'm surprised to see the French cavalry so popular. I'm sure the last time I offered them as an option they were way down the list. A few generals' uniforms I'm quite keen to do so I'm happy that option's 2nd. And the hussars are not last this time! Amazing! ;-) It's a pity the Prussian Freikorps are so unpopular - there are some wonderfully exotic uniforms like Schony's Freikorps grenadiers and the Von Kleist uhlans, horse grenadiers and various infantry. Still, I'll probably get round to them eventually, as I like them myself.

    D'oh! I didn't realize there was a poll (I keep up with blogs through Google Reader). Too many good choices, generals, no, frei korps, no cavalry... ach! :-)

    Hi FB,

    I'm glad you liked the choices - but generals' uniforms was a good decision. :-) I like the Freikorps uniforms too so they'll turn up eventually. They also have the advantage over French cavalry and generals that they are easier to do as they don't require so much fundamental work.

    Well, my vote was for another category, but the Von Schony Freikorps did have a lovely uniform, and one of my future planned units will have a uniform that's very close to it. Enjoy the weekend.
