UPDATE Monday 11th of May: I've now been offered a lift by Steve (of enjoyable wargames blog: https://wargameswithtoysoldier1685-1985.blogspot.com ) so am very much looking forward to meeting him and seeing the show next weekend! I hope to take a lot of pictures... :-)
I've not been to a wargames show for decades and would rather like to see one! Also my flags will be on show in Simon Miller's game and I'd like to see them in use, plus the chance to meet various people and see various games. If you can’t get a lift, it is possible to get to Newark from Rugby on the day by train but it’s a 45 minute walk from the station to the show ground. No buses on a Sunday!

Yes, I had looked into the possibility of going by train but it is a fairly long journey involving several changes and Sunday travel always runs a big risk of being nobbled by engineering works. A 45 minute walk at the end would finish me off, I think! I'll wait to see if anyone comes forward to offer a lift as there are some days left yet...
