23rd Reichsarmee Template - Büchsenmeister of Upper Rhine Artillery Contingent

A büchsenmeister was effectively a senior NCO with technical expertise; the nearest English equivalent name is probably "master gunner".
More to follow on unit and uniform...

Saxon Artilleryman

Saxon artilleryman. As so often with Saxon uniforms there is some disagreement in the sources so I have gone for the simpler possibilities.

21st Reichsarmee Template - Feuerwerker of Upper Rhine Artillery Contingent

After all those fancy musicians here's a taste of the darker and more workaday side of war - a very soberly dressed Upper Rhine artilleryman of the Reichsarmee.

Saxon Infantry in Waistcoat 2

More Saxon infantry in waistcoat, this time 2 grenadiers of Regiments Königin and Garde zu Fuss.
As I noted earlier when doing Saxon templates, the sources seem to disagree on a great deal of the detail of these uniforms; this is therefore my interpretation of what I have read and I make no claims to infallibility!

Saxon Infantry in Waistcoat 1

Saxon infantry often fought in their waistcoats during the summer (like the Russians) and this is a generic template for many of the infantry regiments that wore the unique Saxon waistcoat. The coloured template shows Regiment Prince Xaver in the blue waistcoat that was the same colour as the regiment's facings.

Coming soon - drummer of Brunswick Leib Regiment

No time to finish this off and post the final images tonight - far too late! Will hopefully have time to post tomorrow... It seems I'm not yet done with musicians - but at least this one doesn't have really fiddly lace. :-)

Drummer of Austrian Infantry Regiment Sincère No.54 1760

Unit and uniform details to follow...
Here is a drummer in the regulation uniform as laid down in 1755 but not widespread in the Austrian army until 1760.

Musician of Prussian Infantry Regiment No. 47

Uniform and unit details to follow...
Well, it seems I was wrong about hating Prussian musicians' lace so much, as here's another with funny lace I've just done - this one seems to have space invaders along it! Perhaps it's the lingering effects of yesterday's hospital anaesthetic doing funny things to the brain that has me doing yet more... The fusilier helmet is new and correct for Regiment 47. I also wanted to do a variation of the fusilier uniform that has an interestingly different facing colour, as most are some variation on red.
