First raised 1688
Colonels:
Albert Ferdinand, Graaf van Berlo, Killed in Action Fleurus 1st July 1690
George Frederik, Prins von Waldeck Pyrmont und Culembourg Died November 1692
Daniel Wolf van Dopff From 1693
Guidon as depicted in the Triomphes Louis XIV:
Service [extracted from Hall, Stanford and Roumegoux]:
1690 Battle of Fleurus; Strength 534 officers and men; 124 killed and missing in action, 20 wounded in action, 98 prisoners of war
1706 Battle of Ramillies 4 squadrons strong
1708 Battle of Oudenarde 4 squadrons strong; 6 killed in action and 7 wounded in action
1709 Battle of Malplaquet
1712 Arras Raid
And these were probably the uniforms in 1689 and 1696 as described and depicted in Hall, Stanford and Roumegoux (by 1718 the uniform was red again but whether or not this was true as early as the WSS we do not know):
